Why validated psychological tests matter

A validated test is one that researchers have checked for reliability (it gives consistent results) and validity (it measures what it claims to). Without validation, a score is just a number. Every test in our free catalog is a standardized instrument used by clinicians. Your results stay private to you, and you can choose to share them with a therapist you trust. A self-assessment is a starting point, not a diagnosis. If your results concern you, reach out to a licensed professional.
