Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This text is a draft pending final review by a qualified legal advisor in Iran. Until ratified, treat this document as general guidance, not a binding legal instrument.

1. What is a cookie

A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website, helping the site work correctly.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies, such as the login-session cookie and protection against attacks. These are required for the platform's secure operation and cannot be disabled.

Because we use only strictly necessary cookies, we do not display a cookie-consent banner. Disabling these cookies (via your browser) will prevent login and correct operation of the platform.

3. Cookies we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or behavioral analytics for marketing.

To understand how the platform is used, we collect anonymous page-view statistics with a self-hosted, cookieless tool (Umami) on our own servers. It stores no IP address or name; visits are counted under a salted hash that changes every month and cannot be traced back to you. It honours your browser's Do Not Track setting, and on logged-in screens records only the type of screen, never the record you opened.

4. Managing cookies

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings; however, deleting necessary cookies may prevent login or correct operation of the platform.

5. Changes

If we add any new cookie (such as analytics), we will update this policy and obtain your consent where required.
