1. Acceptance of terms

2. Description of the service

This platform is a technology service that connects people with independent, licensed psychologists and provides psychometric assessment and record-management tools. We are not ourselves a provider of clinical services; responsibility for clinical care rests with the providing specialist.

3. Eligibility and age

Using the service requires legal capacity. Use by minors is permitted only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not provide false or misleading information, and notify us immediately of any suspected misuse.

5. Medical disclaimer

The content and tools on this platform are for informational and supportive purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified specialist for decisions about your health. Do not avoid or delay seeking a specialist because of something you read on this platform.

6. Emergency disclaimer

This platform is not for emergencies or crises. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or you have thoughts of self-harm, call the Social Emergency line (123), Medical Emergency (115), Police (110), or the National Psychology Line (1480) immediately.

7. Practitioner–patient relationship

Any therapeutic relationship between you and a psychologist forms directly between you and that specialist. Specialists act in accordance with professional principles and the regulations of the Psychology and Counseling Organization.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Not harm the security or integrity of the platform.
• Not infringe the privacy or rights of others.
• Not impersonate others or gain unauthorized access to accounts.

9. Payments and refunds

Some services may carry a fee, shown clearly before you proceed. Refund terms, if any, are stated at the time of purchase.

10. Intellectual property

All rights in the platform, its trademark, design, and content belong to us and may not be used without written permission. Your personal and clinical data belong to you.

11. User content

You are responsible for the information you enter into the platform. Your clinical data is processed only to provide the service and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Responsibility for clinical services rests with the providing specialist.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may also restrict or suspend access if these terms are violated, with due regard to continuity of care.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any dispute is resolved first through negotiation and, failing agreement, through the competent legal authorities of Iran.

15. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.

16. Service availability

The service is provided on an "as-available" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. It should not be your sole system of record for critical information, nor relied upon in an emergency.
